Resident Director

Marta specializes in intimate staging and actor-driven devising, helping performers shape precise, emotionally clear scenes from early workshop material.

Jonas Ryen

Set and Lighting Designer

Jonas builds visual worlds from weathered textures, practical light, and flexible scenic systems that can shift between mainstage performances and touring formats.

Community

Sara Mikalsen

Workshop Coordinator

Sara connects youth groups, schools, and first-time participants with hands-on workshops in storytelling, movement, prop-making, and creative confidence.

Henrik Valnes

Composer and Sound Artist

Henrik layers field recordings, live instruments, and spoken rhythm into scores that make each production feel tied to coastline, weather, and local cadence.

Costume

Liv Eidesen

Costume and Wardrobe Lead

Liv develops costumes that feel lived-in and durable, often combining archive references with practical garments suited for long rehearsal days and community use.

Front of House and Membership Lead

Oskar makes the theatre welcoming before and after the show, coordinating member nights, audience care, volunteer hosts, and a steady sense of hospitality.
